Car Rental Representative

JS Car Hire in Malta is looking to recruit a Car Rental Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.
*Interested candidates must be fluent in the English language and have a valid driver’s license.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet clients for the handover of the vehicles and follow our procedure accordingly (training will be provided),
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations,
- Meet all car service standards and run relative errands when in need,
- Help in coordinating the returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed,
- Check & fully inspect incoming vehicles,
- Ensure that outgoing vehicles are kept to a high degree of maintenance & cleanliness,
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business's needs.
Experience, Knowledge, and skills:
- Must have a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years with a clean driving record,
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills,
- Ability to follow defined services and processes,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Fluency in the English language is a MUST,
- Must be energetic, proactive, and able to work without supervision,
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task,
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service,
- Ability to work 44 hours per week,
- The ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
- Minimum O Level education.
Working hours:
- 7:30 to 16:30 (Monday - Friday)
- 8:00 to 12:00 (Saturday)
- Overtime may be available & paid @ 150%
