Requirements: 

  • Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and summarizing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory submissions.
  • Conduct legal research on legislation, regulations, and industry standards related to online gaming.

  • Maintain organized records of legal documentation and correspondence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, compliance, and product development, to provide legal insights and support.

  • Prepare and manage responses to legal inquiries and assist with any litigation matters.

  • Participate in the review of promotional materials and gaming content for compliance with applicable laws.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an accredited program.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Proven working experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in legal research databases, Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present legal concepts to non-legal personnel.

  • Fluent English level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understanding of commercial law, gaming laws, and intellectual property rights.
