Alarm Centre Coordinator (Portuguese/Spanish)

Rl company in Malta are looking for an Alarm Centre Coordinator who is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish or both; to join a 24/7 emergency call centre.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome all Contacts into the Alarm Centre via all available channels, in a prompt and efficient manner and offer them the assistance they require.
• Efficiently manage the administrative case handling system to log all the cases and applicable actions 
• Liaise with all relevant parties and stakeholders in case of emergencies to assist and organise all the necessary actions in case of patient mobilisation.
• Work with line management in daily administrative tasks such as report preparation, shift scheduling and tracking of patients’ status etc.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or person, taking and delivering messages when unable to connect the caller.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of O-level standard or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese
• Ideally having a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospital setting. 
• Experienced in Call centre / shift work / telephone assistance / medical emergencies handling would be an asset

Working Hours

• Monday to Sunday on 3 shift basis
  Shift 1: 7am to 3pm
  Shift 2: 2pm to 10pm
  Shift 3: 8pm to 8am (1-3 times a week)
