Jet2holidays Team is looking to recruit an Airport Customer Helper (Overseas/Holiday Representative) for Summer 2022 on a part-time basis. At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we are all Customer Helpers responsible for creating memories and ensuring our customers “Have a Lovely Holiday!”
Jet2holidays is the UK’s 2nd largest Tour Operator, providing ATOL licensed Package Holidays to destinations in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and to European Leisure Cities with scheduled leisure flights by our award-winning airline Jet2.com.

*Candidates applying must be living in Malta and have a valid work permit. 

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting into our Airport Team Leader, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' right from the moment they arrive at the Airport;
  • Working closely with our transfer provider and external airport teams, you will ensure our customers safe and efficient transfer to the resort on arrival. At the end of their holiday, you will greet our customers as they arrive back at the airport, to return to the UK;
  • Using our digital systems, you will monitor and record the on-time performance of our transfers, along with ensuring any customer incidents are logged on our in-house systems in real-time.

Requirements:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer-focused and adaptable people to help create memories for our customers that will last a lifetime. If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers’ holiday experience whilst working as One Team when faced with unforeseen operational disruption, this could be the perfect role for you;
Already living close to the Airport, or willing to relocate at your own expense, you’ll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English;
You will also be able to provide the required Right to Work documents for the country where the role is based.
