Our client who specializes in the Industrial services industry is looking for a Technical Aftersales Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Proving aftersales to customers and clients
Resolving and troubleshooting services issues of customers
Answering and responding to technical queries, needs, services and repairs
Liaising with the technical department on suppliers and equipment
Creating reporting to upper management of customer service trends
Monitoring stock control of parts and equipment
Skill-sets and Requirements
Ability to manage a team of technicans and coordination of work responsabilities
Technical experience is a must
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
