Our Client, a leading importer and distributor of household goods, is looking for an After Sales Coordinator to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting and supporting Clients with any queries and requests through calls and emails.
  • Coordinating and managing all appointments for collections and pickups.
  • Liaising with the Technician's team, executing and coordinating their schedule according to the respective appointments. 
  • Compiling claims, issuing invoices and liaising with insurance companies when needed. 
  • Maintaining a strong Client’s contact and relationship, ensuring all services are completed in a timely manner. 
  • Promoting company’s products and services.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Able to work independently and in a team, prioritize and multitask.
  • Posses strong interpersonal skills, including active listening.
  • Posses strong organisational and coordination skills.
Education & Experience
  • Proficient in ITC, preferably ECDL certified.
  • A-level academics are given preference.
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese.
  • Industry experience, especially technical background is considered as an asset.
