Inspire Foundation in Malta is looking to recruit a Rehab and Wellness Centre Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

We do this by providing individuals and their families with educational, therapeutic and leisure services. We also advocate for inclusion, educate the public and raise awareness among peers.

General Scope and Purpose of Position:
The Rehab & Wellness Centre Manager shall be a point of reference for the internal and external stakeholders while ensuring the provision of a high level of service offered in the Rehab & Wellness centre. The Rehab & Wellness Centre Manager shall be responsible for the operation of the centre including the day-to-day administration needs. They shall have a key role in driving forward new and innovative services within the centre, applying new technologies and equipment to improve the level of service provided.

They will also:

  • Monitor the upkeep of all the areas in the Centre, ensuring it is always kept up to excellent levels 
  • Ensure a positive customer experience whilst monitoring and reporting on any issues identified and putting forward suggestions for improvement. 
  • Be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring all customers and visitors coming to the Rehab and Wellness Centre receive high-level service 
  • Manage employees of the centre, ensure their roster is according to the centre’s needs, measure their performance, plan for training and career growth 
  • Be responsible for all administrative work necessary at the Centre, including keeping all systems up-to-date, preparation of reports and other ad-hoc duties that might be required from time to time 
  • Regularly report to the CFO about the performance of the Centre and provide feedback on concerns or areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure financial and service-related targets are reached and actively participate in the budgeting and planning process 
  • Manage yearly expenditure budgets and enhance efficiency in all processes 
  • Establish & maintain good communication networks with clients, carers & other health workers & agencies. 
  • Actively promote the services the Centre offers and find innovative ways to attract new customers and groups. 
  • Actively engage in research about new technologies and equipment that could be ideal to improve the level of service of the Centre. Create new and innovative services. 
  • Maintain professional & adequate reporting systems in both verbal & written/electronic documentation form. 
  • Decide priorities for the Centre, balance client related demands & ensure that these remain in accordance with those of the service area. 
  • Actively participate in the collection of appropriate data & statistics as required by the  Organization. 
  • Undertake any other duties which may be allocated from time to time, within the general scope of the post and appropriate to the grade. 
  • Ensure all processes are supported by updated SOPs and policies.
