Role Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

- Manage reservations and room assignments using the Opera Property Management System.

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Language Skills: English is a must. Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French is highly desirable.

- Experience: Previous experience working with hotel systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and welcoming attitude.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- A professional appearance and demeanor.
