Customer Service Executive (Temporary Contract - Maternity Cover)

Our client within the Security and Surveillance Industry is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their growing team.

This is a 1 year maternity cover position with strong potential for internal growth and long-term opportunities following the completion of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain excellent customer service across the entire order and supply chain.
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries, processing sales orders in accordance with company procedures, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Onboarding new customers, supporting complaint resolution processes, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of internal operations in collaboration with the Customer Care Manager.
• Assisting with peak workloads, preparing financial documentation such as invoices, and handling general administrative and office maintenance duties (e.g., stationery replenishment and consumables).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years local experience in a similar role is a must.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a flexible attitude toward evolving business needs.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
