CRM Coordinator

Our client who specializes in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector is looking for a CRM Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Reviewing supply agreements and production and packaging schedules based on orders, priority, and customer forecasting
• Identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinating transition planning with respective departments 
• addressing and resolving customer issues 
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assessing market situations and monitoring the department KPIs
• Generating project management systems to optimize inventory levels

• Experience in a similar role
• Apility to work under pressure to deliver demanding deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally Greek
