Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Contract Manager (Maltese Speaking) to join its team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Attending meetings with client stakeholders to build and enhance business relationships.
Compiling and storing contract documentation in line with the company procedures and as outlined in the client’s contract.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised directly by the client’s stakeholders or that arise from the Business Development and Client Relationship Manager.
Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging up potential issues or challenges.
Developing team members while ensuring succession planning is always achievable across all levels.
Conducting performance appraisal reports for direct reports.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client’s needs are fulfilled effectively.
Overseeing the correct implementation and maintenance of SOPs on the client’s project.
Providing a timely response to the client’s stakeholder queries per the contract requirements.
Working closely with the Senior Coordinator – Back Office Services and Workforce Management team.
Support the Workforce Management team in resolving rostering issues.
Other duties are assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Managerial skills and experience, preferably in a similar role;
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact, work and relate effectively with the team;
Excellent communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
Excellent time management skills to work with tight deadlines
