Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Contract Manager (Maltese Speaking) to join its team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending meetings with client stakeholders to build and enhance business relationships.
  • Compiling and storing contract documentation in line with the company procedures and as outlined in the client’s contract.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised directly by the client’s stakeholders or that arise from the Business Development and Client Relationship Manager.
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging up potential issues or challenges.
  • Developing team members while ensuring succession planning is always achievable across all levels.
  • Conducting performance appraisal reports for direct reports.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Overseeing the correct implementation and maintenance of SOPs on the client’s project.
  • Providing a timely response to the client’s stakeholder queries per the contract requirements.
  • Working closely with the Senior Coordinator – Back Office Services and Workforce Management team.
  • Support the Workforce Management team in resolving rostering issues.
  • Other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:
  • Managerial skills and experience, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact, work and relate effectively with the team;
  • Excellent communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Excellent time management skills to work with tight deadlines
