Our client, a legal firm offering corporate services, is seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to join their team.
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients. Communicate effectively and provide guidance and expert advise, when appropriate promote the use of the services offered by the firm..
- Obtain, process and store information whilst using individual judgement and established procedures to determine compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines and standards. Complement this by keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Analyse information and evaluated results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Develop specif goals and plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish work. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Scheduling work, visits to government authorities and third-party service providers and client visits.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-end client experience through careful planning, outstanding delivery and execution, continuous review of existing procedures by making methodical and astute interventions when required.
