Job Description
Hili Ventures Ltd in Malta is seeking a Graphic Designer with an eye for detail and a flair for creativity to join the group’s Communications team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy, the Graphic Designer supports the development of creative concepts, and marketing and communications assets, including social media and advertising artwork, presentations, and printed materials, while ensuring consistency with the brand and its values. The Graphic Designer is responsible for capturing the spirit of the brand through photography and videography and editing original and stock material for use across online platforms and channels.

The Graphic Designer offers insight at briefings and liaises with suppliers and agencies on projects. The role calls for a motivated creative with lots of personality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess an Advanced Diploma or degree in design, with at least two years of experience and a varied portfolio demonstrating innovation, creativity, great ideas, and good practice.
Experience with Adobe Suite and MS Office is essential. Knowledge of web or motion graphics, WordPress, and self-taught or qualified photography and videography skills will be an advantage.
The preferred candidate will be a keen researcher and an enthusiastic team player, willing to assume a varied role and work outside of core responsibilities to help drive brand growth.
