Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Designer/Draughtsman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to guide clients through the process of creating their dream kitchen — from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
• Create tailored kitchen designs using CAD.
• Prepare layout proposals, and possible 3D visualisations to help clients visualise their space.
• Manage projects from initial consultation through to order placement and installation coordination.
• Offer expert product knowledge on materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and the internal team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of designs, quotations, and client communications.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design innovations, and product ranges.
  
  Requirements:
• Strong design and spatial planning skills.
• Proficiency in kitchen design software (AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of high-end kitchen brands and finishes is a plus.
