Architect / Property Valuer

Job Description
Our client is an innovative, prestige and dynamic architectural firm that projects consist of high-profile projects throughout Malta and internationally. Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, an Architect/Property Valuer is now required to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing valuation reports, including market research and any necessary site inspections;
• Undertaking Architect duties including concept design and architectural design;
• Making Planning Authority applications;
• Recognising design and space planning problems;
• Preparing reports;
• Scrutinizing and delivering supervision services on the project;
• Ensuring project Quality Assurance for architectural components.

• Individuals will have experience in Property Valuation and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
