Architect / Interior Designer

Our client, a small architectural firm is recruiting for an Architect / Interior designer to join their collaborative team environment, working on a variety of local projects including Interior Design Projects. Your duties here will include;

• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, construction documents, Producing detailed documents, joinery detailing, FF&E specifications and procurement documents
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals

• Warranted Architect, Have at least 3 years practical experience and with Planning Applications;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset;
• Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and 3D’s
• Be creative and able to multitask efficiently
• Possess strong and detailed knowledge in designing two and three-dimensional plans, models and presentations
• Having worked on local projects is a must, whilst having a mix of interiors projects including hospitality, residential and/or commercial projects, among others would be considered an asset
