Our client is a multidisciplinary form providing Corporate, Trusteeship and Fiduciary Services to clients around the world. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Setting up of companies, presentation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required.
Opening and closure of bank accounts and liaising with various banks daily
Maintaining company registers
Co-ordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies
Attending corporate client meeting and keeping minutes
Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of the know-your-client procedures
Very good background of onboarding processes and compliance matters
Preparation of documents to be submitted to IRD, VAT department and other authorities
Preparation of the documents in relation to transactions, including minutes and resolutions
Preparing and filing of statutory forms and reports
Oversee the effective management of a team and ensuring that at all times a professional service is provided to both clients and intermediaries
Provide induction training to new team members and provide on-going support to members in the team
Ensure that team members adhere to the policies and procedures
Review teams work
Review and improve internal procedures within the department
Provide corporate training to corporate clients
Assist Head of Corporate in preparing monthly statistics on targets set for the team
Coordinate all new business enquiries received
Assist Head of Corporate in implementing strategy and business development initiatives for the department
