Our client, a leading global provider of trust, fiduciary and corporate services is seeking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join their small dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate would have the following responsibilities:
Liaising with the Client Accounting Department with issues related to tax, administration and banking of client companies
Fully aware of the Client's activities whilst making sure that any action taken is in line with the company's activities and purpose within the legal and economic framework of the company
Managing the companies and ensuring that all the information in the client's files is in order and up to date
Ensuring that all correspondence is signed in conformity with the signatory authority list
Look into and solve payment problems, as well as collection of outstanding invoices
Monitor productivity and chargeability on a weekly basis and review productivity and performance against targets to ensure that individual financial and client targets are met
Record chargeable time accurately and value of service using Maconomy in order to facilitate timely invoices
Ensure that KYC rules are adhered to and that the client operates within relevant compliance frameworks
Follow and comply with all internal procedures regarding the correct use of automated programs for recording all required client and company data
Maintaining and updating local office policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and requirements
Act as a trusted advisor to the client and adhere to the regular client contact/ communication guidelines set by the Company, aimed at building and enhancing personal and long-term relationship with the clients
Undertake the role of director, trustee, nominee, manager, partner, secretary, authorized signatory or any related position where necessary and required by the Management
Undertake any other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed and assigned by the Management
