Legal & Compliance Officer

Our client, a CSP, is looking to recruit a Legal & Compliance Officer to form part of their growing team. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for: 

• Drafting and reviewing of contracts
• Client on-boarding and AML checks 
• Conducting legal research according to company needs
• Supporting the team with corporate matters, and the restructuring of legal structures
• Assist in excercises for reporting of regulated/unregulated entities required by the FIAU, MFSA and IRD
• Organising meetings and taking minutes 
• Assisting in compiling client profiles and compliance audits when needed
• Assisting the MLRO
