General Manager (Hospitality - Restaurants)

Our client is a renowned hospitality company on the Maltese islands. As they are growing, they would like to employ a General Manager.

The Role

• You will oversee daily operations and strategic growth for a multi-venue restaurants, including a new drive-through location. 
• You will ensure operational excellence, profitability, and high customer service standards across all venues. 
• Reporting to the executive leadership, the GM will help shape the brand’s future expansion strategy. 
• You will lead and support venue management teams, ensuring consistency with brand values and operational practices. 
• You will monitor financial performance metrics such as P&L reports, sales, and labor and food costs. 
• You will develop and enforce standard operating procedures, focusing on health, safety, and service quality. 
• You will also support the launch of new venues by overseeing staffing, compliance, and logistics. 
• Collaboration with marketing to implement promotions and with vendors to streamline supply chains is expected. 
• You will regularly audit operations and resolve escalated customer issues. 

SALARY PACKAGE IS DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

• You must be both strategic and operational, being hands on when necessary
• You will be skilled in team development and financial oversight
• Be a good communicator
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Having drive through experience is a very strong asset
