Our Client an international company service provider specializing in Yachting is seeking to recruit a Director for their Malta Office.
Responsabilties Include;
Be responsible for all day to day operations at the Malta office
Maximize new business development opportunities and initiatives
Development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and forecasts to expand the company’s customer base, including market research evaluation and competitor analysis
Represent the department at relevant conferences, yacht shows, and networking events both local and overseas
Liaise with HQ to ensure efficient and effective client service
To liaise with Group or external tax advisors to issue terms of engagement and tax advice
Maintain the statutory records of the company, prepare minutes and arrange any necessary submissions to comply with Monegasque statutory
and legal filing requirements
Assist with the purchase and sale of yachts, tenders, and toys. This includes liaising with brokers, lawyers and other industry professionals
and the registration of yachts
Maintain and manage local processes and procedures in line with the Group Risk Policy
Maintain CDD/KYC documentation and records for all entities in accordance with local legislation
