Corporate Services Officer

As part of its continued growth, RSM Malta has a number of vacancies within its corporate services team.

Reporting to the team leader and working within a small and busy team on a variety of projects, your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry, assisting with the incorporation of companies, preparation and submission of Beneficial Owner documentation, assisting with collection and verification of due diligence documentation and liaising with banks and PSPs and assisting with the opening of accounts.

The ideal candidate would:

• Be highly organised, willing to learn and have a can-do attitude
• ​Be able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
• ​Be fluent in written and spoken English
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively and productively with clients, colleagues and service providers alike.

*For more senior positions experience in a corporate services role and a good understanding of the processes and requirements of the Malta Business Registry are required.
