A key client of ours specialising in Corporate services is currently looking to onboard a Corporate Services Manager to join their team:
Duties:
Setting up of companies, trusts, and foundations, preparation, and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required
Opening/closure of bank accounts and liaising with various banks daily, and Maintaining company registers
Co-coordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies
Attending client meetings, keeping minutes of board meetings, and preparing company/trust/foundation resolutions
Preparation of the documents to be submitted to IRD, VAT Department, and other authorities
Overseeing the effective management of a team and ensuring that at all times a professional service is provided to both clients and intermediaries
Being responsible to drive a number of internal projects and remain updated on any corporate developments which have a direct or indirect impact on the department and its operations
Providing induction training to new team members and providing ongoing support to members of the team
Reviewing and improving internal procedures within the department as well as existing procedures between other departments
Preparing monthly statistics on targets set for the tea
Implementing strategy and business development initiatives for the department
Overseeing the administration and review of complex client structures
Skill-sets and Requirements
At least 3-4 years of experience within a similar role
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Italian language will be considered an asset
Good time management skills, well developed interpersonal and organisational skills and an eye for detail
Ability to work under under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative, pre-empt requirements and deliver tasks with high attention to detail
A team player, willing to learn and have a hardworking and flexible approach to work
