Corporate Manager

Our client, a local renowned CSP is looking for a Corporate Manager to join their continuous growing team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• On boarding of new clients
• Managing the process of incorporating companies, trust or foundations
• Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and regulatory authorities 
• Liaising with financial institutions in order to open new bank accounts
• Handling client company changes and updates whilst drafting or reviewing statutory documentation
• Building and managing relationship with clients and assisting in their requests on an on-going basis
• Dealing with any related compliance requirements
• Training, mentoring and assisting the junior staff
