Job Responsibilities and Duties
Attend corporate client meetings and the keeping of minutes;
Maintain company registers;
Co-ordinate and handle day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies;
Prepare and submit statutory filings as well as perform other statutory obligations as is required of a company secretary;
Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other service providers on behalf of the corporate clients;
Collect and verify due diligence conducted as part of our know your client procedures.
Experience
Have a good understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary;
Have excellent written and spoken English;
Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Office applications.
Personal Skills
Proven skill in managing multiple tasks independently and taking the lead;
Be attentive to detail;
Have excellent communication skills, with people at all levels in the company;
Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues;
Ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude;
Ability to meet deadlines.
