Corporate Executive

Our client is seeking a Corporate Executive to join their team of professionals 

Responsibilities

• Handling and organisation of a portfolio of companies 
• Assisting with any changes required to the corporate governance and capital structure of companies
• Drafting agenda/minutes/resolutions/proxies in relation to Annual General Meetings and other meetings
• Preparation and submission of statutory documents and bank account opening forms
• Preparation and filing of annual returns and other regulatory forms.
• Liaising with the MBR and other authorities as may be required.

Requirements: 

• Preferably 2 years work experience in a similar position;
• Any relevant qualification in either finance or business administration

• Excellent communication in English (both orally and in writing)
• Personal credibility and integrity
• To be highly meticulous and detail-oriented
