A boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for a Corporate Administrator to join their legal team.
Duties include:
Precisely entering and updating information in databases, spreadsheets, and records, as well as assisting in compiling various forms and documentation
Managing both digital and physical files to ensure documents are systematically organized and easily accessible
Handling phone calls, taking accurate messages, and responding to emails in a professional manner
Organizing schedules by arranging meetings and appointments
Assisting in the creation and formatting of official documents, reports, presentations, and company records for submission to relevant authorities
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of local experience in an office administration role ideally within Financial Services or Law firms
Previous experience is corporate administration would be considered as an asset.
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Profound knowledge of MS Office applications and other office software.
