Our client, a well-established international law firm, is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their growing Corporate team:

  • Providing first-line support to managers and lawyers, including opening new matter files, time-recording, billing and debt collection
  • Generally assisting in day to day company secretarial and corporate administration tasks, company registration and all follow-up actions
  • Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities on day to day matters
  • Assisting with AML checks on new clients when required
  • Assisting in drafting corporate documentation, including resolutions, statutory forms and tax documents
  • Ensuring that companies meet deadlines for filing documents with the appropriate authorities
  • Receiving and circulating correspondence addressed to companies
  • Managing company information and ensuring that company registers and other documents are kept up to date
  • Performing general office duties, including preparing boardrooms for meetings, greeting clients, filing, scanning and photocopying
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Previous local experience in a similar role or administration
  • Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office Applications
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Be proactive and take initiative, work well under pressure and demonstrate attention to detai
  • Have very good time-management skills

€24,000 to €29,000 / year
