What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct customer onboarding for our clients
• Evaluate customer profiles and transactions
• Oversee and verify customer screening searches
• Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and escalate any delays to the line manager
• Respond to clients' AML-related queries, escalating when necessary
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize work assignments
• Maintain accurate records in LEXCO’s AML Software
• Collaborate with the AML Advisory team on complex issues
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
• Identify and suggest improvements in controls and processes
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Financial Crime, AML, and/or Financial Services
• Sound knowledge of local AML requirements
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for developing relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to meet tight deadlines proactively
• Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements
• Responsible, reliable, mature, and highly organized.
