Trainer and Coach

Within the job of a Trainer and Coach you will form part of a growing team within an international company specialising in Business Advisory at all levels while carrying out training, customer support and relationship managment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting clients and understanding their needs
• Reseaching and Creating tailormade training solutions to match the clients needs
• Planning suitable training initiatives for groups and individual employees at all levels
• Delivering training programs - online or face to face
• Assessing the success of the training and development programmes
• Supporting clients in identifying and addressing employee and organisational development needs
