E-Learning Consultant

Skillcast in Malta is looking to recruit an E-Learning Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our clients to build highly engaging learning experiences that promote compliance and behaviour change
  • Manage client projects to ensure successful, timely completion to the client’s satisfaction
  • Create bespoke e-learning courses on our proprietary Skillcast Content Management System (CMS)
  • Customise courses from our extensive list of off-the-shelf compliance libraries using our CMS
  • Project manage translation projects across multiple languages
  • Act as the first point of contact for your client throughout their project, running meetings, content workshops, and course presentations as required
  • Support our Sales team to maintain strong ongoing client relationships and identify opportunities
  • Scope potential projects
  • Be an active member of our busy and close-knit team to share knowledge and best practice.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years experience in Client consultancy
  • Managing a variety of e-learning projects
  • Building e-learning courses using any authoring software
  • Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge/experience of HTML5/CSS
  • Graphic design background or experience.
