Risk Officer

Our client within the investment industry is looking to recruit a Risk Officer. 

Responsibilities:

• Executing effective risk management policies and procedures in order to measure all risks tied to each client
• Ensuring that all risks profiles are in line with risk guidelines
• Performing post-trade checks and monitoring of funds to ensure they are in line
• Providing quarterly reports to the board of directors and investment committee on compliance and current risks or potential breaches 
• Ensuring compliancy with risk and liquidity guidelines as stipulated in the risk management policy
• Performing various scenario analysis.

• At least 2 years of previous experience within a risk management position
• Experience in valuation would be considered an asset however not a requirement
• Eager to grow and work under pressure
• Excellent communication in English both verbal and written

• Degree in Finance or Degree in Economics
