Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Our client, a well-established company within the financial services is seeking to recruit for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join the team. The candidate would report into the Compliance Officer. 

Duties include: 

• Identify and assess regulatory changes that may impact the organization, ensuring timely communication and implementation of necessary adjustments.
• Support the execution and review of the Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure that the control testing framework is effective
• Contribute to the drafting, review, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures to ensure they remain aligned with current regulatory requirements and best practices.
•  Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports and returns to various EU authorities.
• Maintain open communication channels and liaise with various EU authorities as well as internal stakeholders.
•  Maintain organised and secure records of regulatory reports, supporting documentation, and communication for audit and reference purposes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within the financial industry is required
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to Investment Firms
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of German and/or French language would be considered an asset.
• Effective communications skills
• Ability to multitask and work within a fast paced environment

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
