Junior Compliance Analyst

Our client a boutique CSP is looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join their young team. The selected candidate will be reporting to the directors and Compliance Officer/ MLRO
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and enforcing adherence to legal and internal compliance standards.
- Conduct background checks on clients, partners, and third parties to assess risk.
- Support the creation and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations, providing relevant updates to the business.
- Perform internal audits and evaluations to identify and address compliance risks.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verifications.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
- Assist in delivering compliance training programs for employees.
- Address internal compliance inquiries and escalate concerns as necessary.
Requirements
- At least 3 year local experience in a similar role
- Able to reach deadlines and multitask
- Eye for detail
- Well versed in the CSP's rule book and Implementing Procedures issued by the FIAU.
