Group Compliance & MLRO Manager

A large group with ties in insurance and corporate services is currently looking to recruit a Group Compliance & MLRO Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a compliance plan
• Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual regulatory reporting submissions
• Preparing compliance reports and presenting them to the Board of Directors
• Formulate action plans and monitor progress in relation to General Data Protection Regulations, and other core regulatory frameworks
• Review and draft contractual documentation and manage the contracts system
• Investigations on Clients, to obtain additional supporting information regarding Suspicious Activities identified
• Maintain central registers regarding high-risk Clients, declined Clients and introducers and submit the registers on a quarterly basis
• Ensure that the compliance information  is accurate and up to date on the Customer Relationship Management System
• Escalate material compliance matters of concern
• Participate in any internal/external audit reviews and resolve compliance issues
• Ensure continued compliance with the requirements of the FIAU or other guidance issued by the FIAU
• Communicate reviews and updates or the issuance of new policies to the Employees
• Provide training to Employees on compliance related matters
