Due Diligence Team Leader (German Speaking)

Our client, operating within the gaming industry is looking to recruit an Enhanced Due Diligence Team Leader. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and MLRO, the chosen candidate would be responsible for: 

• Allocation of tasks to due diligence officers and provide support when required to maintain service levels 
• Ensure compliancy with the German and MGA regulations 
• Analysing and reviewing received source of funds/wealth documentation to ensure that customers are gambling with legitimately derived income 
• Conduct performance appraisals for due diligence officers
• Motivate staff to meet or exceed service levels, quality and operational expectations
• Being the first point of contact when escalating queries, making sure officers are being taught how to deal with such circumstances
