Due Diligence Officer

Our client within the Legal industry is looking for a Due Diligence Officer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting high net worth private families in matters related to investment programmes, residence and citizenship and due diligence.
• Maintaining high level of communication with international clients.
• Conducting due diligence, liaising with clients, in-house compliance department and external due diligence companies.
• Compiling of client source of wealth and funds and building client profiles.
• Be organized in working with other departments within the firm.
• Maintaining client relationship and risk management within the firm.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experience in dealing with foreign clients would be considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, CRM or practice management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience within compliance and due diligence.

• A degree in a similar area would be considered an asset
