Corporate and Compliance Executive

Fexserv Fund Services Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a  Corporate and Compliance Executive to join their team within their Compliance team on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Compliance team in day to day compliance matters in relation to internal compliance as well as Fund clients;
• Assisting in the updating of the compliance policies & procedures;
• Co-ordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their entities;
• Preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required of a company secretary;
• Liaising with the lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers on behalf of the corporate clients.

*The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
