Our client is a Fintech company offering a payment settlement platform for the telecommunication industry by introducing a stablecoin. They are currently looking to recruit a Compliance & Customer Care Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for corporate clients
  • Assisting clients with any queries from the onboarding stage to the day-to-day running of their account
  • Identifying and assessing client's needs
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and overseeing customer account details
  • Inputting data into compliance software and forming part of the internal onboarding procedure
  • Authorizing deposits and withdrawals on day-to-day basis
