Bentley Trust Limited in Malta, a well-established, internationally owned trust company is looking to recruit a Compliance and Procedures Administrator to join its team on a part-time basis. Working from our Portomaso Tower office, the ideal candidate will work to ensure that our Company complies with laws and regulations, together with industry best practices reflected within our internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities will include:
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and developments in the regulatory environment
Reviewing documentation, processes, and practices to maintain compliance
Documenting compliance-related processes and maintaining records
Performing compliance and internal reviews and compiling reports
Monitoring compliance and facilitating interventions to manage risks
Providing training in compliance practices and procedures.
The ideal candidate would have:
At least two years’ work experience in a relevant industry.
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and excellent attention to detail.
Thirst for knowledge and learning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
