Inspire Foundation in Malta is currently looking to recruit Speech & Language Pathologists to join their team on a part-time basis (15hrs/week).

Job Role:
The scheduling of the working hours will be discussed with the chosen candidate, however, we anticipate that they will be on-site with our learners twice a week. 

The chosen candidate will be working in the STAR program, which provides specific intervention for a group of young men and women with profound multiple learning disabilities, meeting their individual needs through objectives set by a professional multi-disciplinary team. They will carry out comprehensive specialist initial assessments of clients within a multidisciplinary context, offer intervention according to need, monitor progress, and reassess periodically in order to be able to formulate professional reports.

The role will involve the implementation of group sessions, as well as individual sessions, according to the individual’s needs. They shall be working in collaboration with other team members and support systems in order to maximise the development of the service user’s potential

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma or a degree in Speech & Language Pathology
  • Be registered (or awaiting registration) with the Council for the Professions Complimentary to Medicine (CPCM)
