Bora Bora/Pebbles Resort Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis. The position requires an individual with an outgoing personality, excellent customer relations skills, fluency in English, and ready for the next step in their career.
Within the supervisory position you will be responsible to:
Carry out on-site visits and inspections to ensure services are up to standard;
Oversee the work activities of the staff members of the Housekeeping department;
Be knowledgeable of all services offered at the hotel;
Lead a team of people in the area of the Housekeeping operations, train and develop them;
Ensure that cleaning procedures and standards for cleaning staff are followed;
Providing any form of assistance when required to cleaners while they carry out their duties.

Have good communication and leadership skills and an ability to build relationships;
Be responsible and have good organization skills;
Have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding service to our guests;
Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively;
