Housekeeping/Cleaners

Our client is currently seeking a number of reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners/Housekeeper's to join their growing property management team. This role requires maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across various managed properties including apartments, offices, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning of rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Making beds, changing linens, and restocking towels and amenities
• Sanitizing and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Reporting maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
• Collecting and disposing of waste in accordance with safety regulations
• Ensuring cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
• Preparing properties for new tenants/guests (deep cleaning and staging when necessary)
• Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
• Following property-specific checklists and schedules
• Assisting with laundry duties when applicable

Requirements

• Possession of a valid Skillpass (preferable)
• Organized, punctual, and able to work independently
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate equipment
• Trustworthy and respectful of residents’ and guests’ privacy

Education and Experience

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles (advantageous)
