Housekeeper

Repubblika in Malta is looking to recruit a Housekeeper to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
You will be required to perform all other duties which may reasonably be required by your Employer from time to time which will include inter alia:

• To make sure all assigned areas of the home are clean, neat, and tidy. This includes any indoor household cleaning and organizing tasks assigned by the employer and may regularly include cleaning "projects" (e.g., cleaning and organizing a messy closet/spring cleaning). Typical responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and waxing floors.
• Changing, laundry, ironing, folding, and sorting of clothes and linen.
• “Light” maintenance and cleaning of outdoor areas.
• Shopping for food and cleaning supplies and delivery and sorting of supplies.
• Provide a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which three children thrive and develop.
• Provide 24-hour means of communication in order to be in a position to respond to any urgent question in connection with the children.
• Preparing baggage for travel.
• Shopping for food and cleaning supplies and delivery and sorting of deliveries.
• Cleaning of car.
• Attending to pre-arranged house calls, and visitors and providing assistance as required when the household provides entertainment.
• Cooking and food preparation.
• Basic potting and maintenance of potted plants.
• Cleaning of windows and furniture on a rota basis.
• Maintenance and small-scale repairs in the household.
• Receiving deliveries, parcels, or mail during hours of duty.
• Providing care and cleaning pet dogs.
• Any other reasonable request assigned by the employer, from time to time.
