Cleaning Supervisor

As the Cleaning Supervisor you will be leading a team of cleaning staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out on-site visits and inspections to ensure services are up to standard, and oversee the work activities of cleaners within his/her department
• Scheduling, assigning and rostering duties to cleaning staff and ensure they are carried out expertly
• Coaching and developing cleaning staff when necessary
• Establishing and updating cleaning procedures and standards for cleaning staff, and ensure all staff is in adherence
• Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties
• Inspecting cleaning equipment and maintain adequate stock levels

Package includes basic salary + company car

Education & Experience

• Experience in cleaning services or housekeeping
• Experience in leading teams is seen as a strong asset
• IT Literate and conversant with MS Office Applications
• Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Maltese is considered a strong asset.
• Currently living in Malta and in possession of a driving license
