Business Development Executive

Our client is a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy providing high-quality design solutions to high-end projects throughout Malta and further afield. Undertaking projects from high-end retail establishments to 5* hotels. Due to a consistent increase in workload, a Business Development Executive is now required to join the expanding team.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Daily administrative tasks
- Functioning and coordinating the business development
- Being a contact between the company and clients via email and telephone
- Scheduling meetings and then following up on them
- Supporting marketing team and strategies
- Assisting in organizing marketing projects
- Supporting the organization of promotional events, marketing literature and social media
- Assisting with inquiries made by clients
- Assisting in the preparation of fee proposals to potential clients and making enquiries on small projects
- Client follow up with regards to fee proposals
- Coordinating feedback for clients
- Providing required support to the business development
- Developing operational contacts, presentations and delivering to clients and stakeholders
- Undertaking business development, company proposal bids and marketing in both existing and new markets.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or an industry-related discipline, preferably architecture
- Knowledge of all applicable standards, legislations, and practices applicable to the construction industry in Malta and internationally
- Technical and commercial acumen in real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects
- Valid driving licence.
