Our client is a leading financial services provider.  They are seeking to employ a Process Re-Engineering Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

  • Analyse the current customer service journey, find gaps and come up with ideas to enhance the process
  • Delivery operational efficiencies
  • Create cost savings initiatives
  • Manage the Transformation team
  • Apply re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernisation and streamlining
  • You will communicate at all levels with the targeted Units and also with senior management
  • You will also ensure that all changes has been implemented and thereafter adhered to
  • The role also encompasses that you ensure that staff adhere to all bank's and regulatory processes
