Our Client a well-renowned bank is seeking to recruit a Private Clients Relationship Manager to join their investments teams;
Operational Responsibilities
To manage the assigned client relationships, in particular high net worth client relationships, engaging with clients and providing investment advice in accordance with bank parameters and/or to act as secondary relationship manager for the bigger portfolios held at Private Clients.
To actively engage in customer acquisition tactics to attract new deposits
To ensure that internal policies and risk and control procedures are observed on a day-to-day basis and corrective action devised to address processes and control deficiencies.
To keep updated on prevailing economic and investment scenarios and contribute to the internal research function of the Investment Distribution Unit. on the Investment Distribution Committee.
To develop and build on the investment client database through effective networking and other customer acquisition strategies.
To ensure that regulatory and compliance obligations are met with the assigned clients and their investment portfolios.
To engage in customer acquisition tactics to attract new clients to the Investment services of the bank.
To ensure compliance with Bank’s policies, guidelines and underlying procedures at all times.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Is able to work on his own, with minimum guidance, and with a strong sense of prioritisation.
Previous experience in a similar role
Education & Experience
Holds a benchmark qualification to be registered with the MFSA as an Investment Advisor.
