Our Client, operating within the banking sector is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team of professionals within the payments department.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the daily process of payment both outbound and inbound including SEPA, Target2, SWIFT and third party payments
Ensuring payments are being handled in accordance with the rules and requirements
Measuring any critical processes and proposing areas for improvement
Assist in the expansion of internal chargeback and fraud management
Maintaining relationships with with third parties such as SWIFT and third party payment providers whilst also establishing new relationships
Working closely with Project Management to tackle any payment related projects
Working closely with the Compliance Team to ensure all laws and regulations are being adhered to
Taking ownership of documentations related to Terms & Conditions, Internal Policies and Procedures, Operational Guides
